The following is a detailed introduction of the key functions of the woodworking engraving machine:
1. Start pause: When the processing file has been loaded, if the system is in idle state, press this button, the system will start running the machining program; if the system is already in the processing state, press this button, the system will suspend processing.
2. Stop: Stop the current operation. If the system is in the processing state, press this button to stop the machining; if the system is in the floating tool setting state, press this button to stop the floating tool setting.
3. Breakpoint continues: If the system is in the processing pause state, press this button, the system starts processing at the breakpoint.
4. Continuous: Switch user data input to manual continuous.
5. Spindle switch: If the spindle has been closed, press this button to open the spindle; otherwise, turn off the spindle.
6. Return to the origin: press this button, the system executes the return to workpiece origin command.
7.×1: Press this button to set the jog step size to 0.01mm.
8.×10: Press this button to set the jog step size to 0.1mm.
9.×100: Press this button to set the jog step to 1mm.
10.X+: Move the tool in the positive direction of the X axis. If it is in the continuous jog state, it will continuously jog in the positive direction of the X axis; otherwise, it will go further in the positive direction of the X axis according to the current step. Note: If it is in continuous jog state, press this button once, the tool will continuously jog at manual low speed; press and hold the combination of the shift button and this button (press and hold the shift button and then press this button, then the shift button Do not loosen), then the tool is continuously jog at manual high speed.
11.X-: Move the tool in the negative direction of the X axis. The moving speed and step size and combination key are the same as the X+ key.
12.Y+: Move the tool in the positive direction of the Y axis. The moving speed and step size and combination key are the same as the X+ key.
13.Y-: Move the tool in the negative direction of the Y axis. The moving speed and step size and combination key are the same as the X+ key.
14.Z+: Move the tool in the positive direction of the Z axis. The moving speed and step size and combination key are the same as the X+ key.
15.Z-: Move the tool in the negative direction of the Z axis. The movement speed and step size and combination key are the same as the X+ key.
16. Shifting: Pressing this button alone does not have any function. Only when you press this button with the combination of other keys, there is a corresponding function; for the type of combination, see the description of other buttons.
17. Tool setting: the second key of the fifth line of the dedicated keypad. Press this button to perform a floating tool setting.
18.F-: Press this button to decrease the feedrate override.
19.F+: Press this button to increase the feedrate override.
