Woodworking engraving machine tool guide

1. Acrylic cutting processing, it is recommended to use single-blade spiral milling cutter, which is characterized by smokeless and odorless, fast, efficient, non-stick, and truly environmentally friendly. Its special manufacturing process ensures that the processed acrylic does not explode.
The knife pattern is very fine, even without a knife pattern, and the surface is smooth and flat.
The surface needs to be frosted. A double-edged three-blade spiral milling cutter is recommended.
 2. For the cutting process, it is recommended to use a double-blade large-scale spiral milling cutter with two large-capacity chip flutes and a double-edged design, with good chip removal and good tool balance.
When processing high-density boards, it does not turn black, does not smoke, and has a long service life.
 3. For aluminum sheet cutting, it is recommended to use a single-blade special aluminum milling cutter.
It will not stick to the knife during processing, and it is fast and efficient.
 4. For precision small relief processing, a round bottom knife is recommended.
 5. Cork, MDF, logs, PVC, acrylic large deep relief processing, it is recommended to use a single-blade spiral ball end mill.
 6. It is recommended to use a top and bottom burr-free cutting process. A single-edged, double-edged upper and lower cutter is recommended.
 7. It is recommended to use high density board and solid wood milling cutter.
 8. Multi-layer board, splint processing, it is recommended to use double-edged straight groove milling cutter.
 9. The effect of the lower tool is that there is no burr on the upper surface of the processed product and it will not be shaken during processing.
 10. It is recommended to use a diamond engraving knife in acrylic mirror engraving.
 11. Multi-band milling cutters are recommended for roughing particleboard.
